We are able to offer a comprehensive wheel building service for virtually all motorcycle wire wheels (classic, modern, custom and off-road).

We can offer a choice of Stainless steel or Alloy rims and a choice of polished or unpolished stainless steel spokes, with nickel plated brass, stainless steel or zinc plated nipples.

Unlike many wheel builders, we are able to make our own spokes and dimple and drill rims. This means that we are able to build custom and one-off wheels. We are the ‘go to’ company, if you’re building a special.

We specialise in modern (Hinkley) Triumph wheels and Tubeless BMW wheels. We are also one of the few companies who are able to build wheels for Japanese Cruisers with 36, 40, 48, 52, 56 or 60 spokes.

For Hinkley Triumphs, we offer complete replacement wheels, using the superb, lightweight Talon hubs. These can be built with the rims and spokes of your choice.

We can supply wheels for the following Triumph models –

Bonneville, Thruxton, T100, T120, Scrambler, Bonneville SE, Street Twin, Thunderbird, Legend and Tiger.

For BMWs with tubeless wheels, we supply stainless steel spokes and nipples. We also offer a complete wheel building and refurbishment service for the following BMW models

R80GS, R100GS, R100R, R110GS, R1100R, R1150GS, R1200GS, R1200C Cruiser, R1250GS and R nine T.
